Kamil Melih Önder
Mr.Onder graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering in 1987 and a Master of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the same university in 1989. Önder also received the degree of MBA with high distinction from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration in 1993. Onder was at JP Morgan, New York from 1980-91, developing risk measurement systems in the Treasury group and as an analyst in Corporate Finance. Önder, who served as the Head of the Investment Banking Department and the Deputy General Manager of Körfezbank and Körfez Yatirim, respectively, from 1994 through 1998, recruited and managed a group of up to 20 analysts, one of the leading teams in the field of IPOs, corporate finance and M&A. Between 1999-2001, he established the portfolio management unit at Raymond James Securities. Between 2002 and 2010, as the advisor of Horizon Invest in Geneva, he directed investments of foreign investors to Turkish capital markets and Turkish stock markets as portfolio manager / investment advisor. In 2010, he founded Logos Portfolio, one of Turkey's first independent portfolio management companies. Logos Portfolio has been operating continuously for 10 years and still focuses on venture capital. Again in 2011, because of his research in the field of real estate development and valuation, he established the Mudanya Gayrimenkul. In 2020, he pioneered the sale of Aksis Computer Services and Consultancy to the investor group of which he is a member. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Techmine VCIF, which started its activities in 2021.
Nahit Zincirli
In 1992, Mr.Zincirli received his BSc degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Boğaziçi University and his MBA degree from Boğaziçi University in 1994. Zincirli worked as a Research Unit Manager at Körfezbank and Körfez Yatırım between 1993-98, and as an analyst and portfolio manager at Raymond James Securities between 1998-2002. Since 2010, he has been working as a Portfolio Manager at Logos Portföy. He has nearly 30 years of experience in equity research and portfolio management.
Ayşe Moroz
In 1993, Mrs.Moroz graduated from Boğaziçi University with a bachelor's degree in economics and in 1995 she received her MPA degree from Nelson Rockefeller College of Public Affairs and Policy, SUNY. Between 1999 and 2011, Moroz worked as a Research Specialist and Manager at ABN Amro Turkey, Raymond James Turkey, MV Holding, Alternatif Menkul Değerler and Eczacıbaşı Menkul Değerler. Between 2011 and 2018, Moroz worked as a Research Consultant at Logos Portföy and has been a Board Member at Logos Portföy since 2014. Since 2018, she has been serving as the Assistant General Manager responsible for Finance at AKS Elektromekanik A.Ş.
Melih Sakarya
Mr.Sakarya is one of the top-talents of the Java community and the founder of Testinium. He graduated from Kadir Has University. In his career, he has worked as a consultant and trainer for more than 15 years. His passion for excellence brought top talents of ICT industry to grow and serve for the better future together. Prior to Testinium, Melih practiced as a software consultant for over ten years, counseling large and small clients like IBM Türk and Merge Danışmanlık.
Onur Erdoğan
Mr.Erdoğan is the co-founder of Testinium, with extensive experience in the ICT industry, with a focus on the software industry and software engineering management. Onur has a proven track record in software development. He has worked for Carrefour and Nielsen. Prior to founding Testinium, Onur was a software development manager at SAHABT.
Bilgesu Demirel
Mrs.Demirel has been working as Head of Legal and Compliance Department at Testinium, as Executive Commitee Member and Head of IT Law Department at Ozay Law Firm, as a lecturer at Uskudar University and also as a mediator. She has been working with Testinium as an external and in house legal counsel for more than four years. Over the last few years, she has focused on compliance management programs.
As head of cyber law department at Ozay Law Firm, she has been leading data protection compliance projects and practicing e-commerce law, cyber security regulations, internet law, consumer law, labor law, rental law, contracts law and dispute resolution processes of various corporate clients. Apart from Cyberlaw, she has worked in the fields of litigation and consultancy within the scope of consumer law, labor law, and rental law.
She also continues her academic studies in the field of cyberlaw and carries the title of lecturer on Cyberlaw and E-Government at Üsküdar University. Demirel organizes seminars for different companies and provides them with tailor-made solutions and legal knowledge according to their sectoral needs.
