In 1987, Önder graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, in 1989 with a Master of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the same university, and in 1993 he received his MBA from Harvard Business School as a Baker Scholar. Between 1989-91, Mr. Önder played a pioneering role in developing the risk measurement system at J.P.Morgan, New York, and later served as the Head of the Investment Banking Department and Deputy General Manager of Körfez Yatırım at Körfezbank (Istanbul), where he recruited and managed a group of up to 20 analysts, one of the leading teams in the field of public offerings and valuation of companies, mergers and acquisitions.
Between 2002-10, as an advisor to Horizon Invest based in Geneva, he was a portfolio manager/investment advisor to overseas investors investing in the Turkish capital markets and the Turkish equity market. In 2010, he founded Logos Portföy, one of the first independent asset management companies in Turkey. Logos Portföy has been operating continuously for more than 10 years and currently focuses on venture capital. In 2011, he co-founded Mudanya Gayrimenkul Geliştirme ve Yatırım A.Ş. as a result of his research in the field of real estate development. In 2020, he led the consortium with the sale of Aksis Bilgisayar Hizmetleri ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Techmine VCIF, which started its activities in 2021. |

In 1989, Önder received her BSc degree in Industrial Engineering from METU and her MBA from the State University of West Georgia in 1991. Having worked in corporate finance at various institutions in the 1990s, including Garanti Yatırım (1994-97), Önder founded Raymond James Investment Fund in 1998 and served as its General Manager until 2001, helping the company to rank among the top 3 in BIST trading volume. Between 2004 and 2007, she served as the General Manager of Ak Investment Securities. Between 2007-09, she established the Turkey office of Clairmont Global and served as its Country Manager and entered the field of real estate development. Since 2010, Önder has acted as a founding partner of Logos Portföy, and since 2011 has been the Chairwoman of the Board of Directors at Mudanya Gayrimenkul, which has been contracting large-scale housing projects in Beykoz, Istanbul. In 2020, Önder was part of the investor group that acquired Aksis Bilgisayar Hizmetleri ve Danışmalık A.Ş. and has been since been serving as the Chairwoman of the Board of Directors. Lastly, Önder is the leading shareholder of Techmine VCIF, which was established in 2021, and is also the Chairwoman of this organization.
